Welcome to Arlington

Small-town lifestyle with big-city amenities and exciting professional sports

Arlington boasts an intricate history, as it served as a stop along the Pacific Railroad. Its location between Fort Worth and Dallas always made it an essential stop for traders, and it still is for visitors today. In addition, it’s a mecca for sports fans. Home games for the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys draw attendees from all over Texas and beyond.

You’ll find a variety of housing options in Arlington’s eclectic neighborhoods. On the westside suburbs, Dalworthington Gardens is an affluent neighborhood where you’ll find newer, custom-built homes on spacious lots. North Arlington is another upscale suburb with golf courses and a nature reserve. West Arlington offers single-family homes surrounded by plenty of green spaces with stores, eateries, and services in town. Downtown Arlington features luxury townhouses and mid-rise condominiums with penthouses and resort-like amenities near all the shopping, dining, and arts.

What to Love

  • Professional games and the excitement of being a sports city
  • Various housing options, from large estates to luxury penthouses
  • Quick drive to the airport and close to all the major highways
  • World-class dining, shopping, and entertainment venues
  • Rapidly expanding Medical City with a $144M addition coming in 2025.

Local Lifestyle

Arlington offers all the benefits of big-city living while retaining its small-town appeal. It’s a tight-knit community, and residents are friendly and welcoming. Because it’s home to professional baseball and basketball teams, it definitely has big sports-town vibes. It’s easy for friends and family to get together at one of the games and cheer their teams on.
